At Zoned Consulting, we are dedicated management consultants that help organizations streamline their procurement processes. We provide management of qualified third-party service providers that implement the clients' vision, values & scope of work in a timely, reliable & satisfactory manner.
What Does ZC Do?
We review RFP/RFQ's, prepare proposals for analysis, qualify sub consultants and sub-contractors by confirming background, references and credentials qualify with the Request for Proposal (RFP), RFB or RFQ terms and conditions.
When does zc Do?
After winning the bid award contract, we get right to work planning, marketing, community engagement, implementing & executing the clients' vision into reality. A few types of service providers that we manage are third party consultants, food service managers, instructors, administrators, technicians, maintenance, and general contractors.
Where Does zc Do?
- We come onsite to meet with our client's leadership in order to better assess & analyze the organization's objectives. Once we have a clear understanding & meeting of the minds with leadership, we begin community engagement surveying to gather stakeholder input & form a community consensus. Next, we begin surveying & designing the zoned project area(s), then writing the master plan. After the plan is complete, we begin implementation & execution stage of the organization's programs. Our team of experienced professionals have over 25 years of business, technology & construction industry expertise, in providing tailored solutions for clients' unique challenges.
